By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.Your accountYou are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Salesday.Acceptable useDo not use Salesday to send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or anything that violates anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, PECR, CASL, etc.).Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, or that you do not have rights to.Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.Connected servicesWhen you connect third-party accounts (e.g. Gmail, Outlook, social platforms), you authorize Salesday to act on your behalf within the scopes granted. You remain bound by the terms of those third parties.Subscriptions and billingPaid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.Intellectual propertySalesday and its content (excluding your data) are owned by us. You retain ownership of content you upload and grant us a limited license to host and process it to provide the service.TerminationWe may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.Disclaimer and liabilityThe service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.ChangesWe may update these Terms from time to time.
